Shipping policy

How will my parcel be sent?  We use Australia post to deliver all orders. At checkout, you will be given the option of choosing either Standard Postage or Local Pickup. This price includes the packaging of your Skull Statik products, post box/satchel and tracking.   

Through Boxing Day Sales orders will start shipping first week of January 2024.

 

Local Pickup -

Local Pickup is available at the Renegade Gift Shop at Warrina. An email will be sent once your order has been dropped off there generally 2-4 days after order is placed.

  

How long will it take for my order to be processed?  Please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be processed, packed and posted. We will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package (2-20 days as per the Australia Post website via the standard service). Once your parcel is posted, it is out of our control. Keep an eye on the tracking information that is sent via email. This tracking number will allow you to see the delivery of your parcel. By fulfilling an order with Northern Brights you have acknowledged that you are aware of this information.
